Crunchy Oat Walnut (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 100 g walnut halves.
02 - 150 g mix of fine and chunky rolled oats.
03 - 1 egg.
04 - 100 g white sugar.
05 - 1 tsp baking powder.
06 - 1 tsp cinnamon.
07 - 125 g cold butter.
08 - 1 pack vanilla sugar.
09 - 50 g flour.
10 - Chocolate coating for topping (you can skip this).

# Instructions:

01 - Once they've cooled off, drizzle some melted chocolate on top if you feel like it.
02 - Slide your trays into the oven, set to 160°C convection. Bake for about 14 minutes, right in the middle rack.
03 - Scoop up a bit of dough, about the size of a walnut, and drop it onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
04 - Leave your dough for half an hour so the oats get nice and soft.
05 - Toss in sugar, vanilla sugar, egg, and pieces of butter. Knead until it comes together. Mix in oats and walnuts last.
06 - Grab a mixing bowl and combine flour, cinnamon, and baking powder.
07 - Pop the walnuts into your mini food chopper and grind them up fine.

01 - Keep the butter cold if you want the dough to turn out just right.
02 - Blending fine and chunky oats gives an awesome bite.
