# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1/2 lb Italian sausage, mild or spicy
03 - 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
04 - 1 small onion, diced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 1/2 cups pizza or marinara sauce
07 - 1 deep-dish pie crust, homemade or store-bought
08 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 1/2 cup shredded provolone or cheddar (optional)
10 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan (optional)
11 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
12 - Salt and pepper to taste
13 - Red pepper flakes (optional)
14 - Cooking spray or oil for greasing pan

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a skillet, brown ground beef and sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in onion, garlic, and pepperoni. Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
04 - Add pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and any spices. Simmer until thickened, approximately 5–7 minutes.
05 - Place pie crust in a greased deep-dish pan. Add half the meat mixture, sprinkle cheese, and repeat the layering.
06 - Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden. Tent with foil if browning too quickly.
07 - Rest for 10–15 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts. Serve warm, with optional sides or dipping sauces.
