Dill Lemon Radish Cucumber (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Whole grain baguette to eat with your salad.
02 - Pinch of pepper and salt.
03 - Fresh bunch of dill.
04 - Half a bunch of green onions.
05 - 1 big cucumber.
06 - 2 bunches radishes.
07 - Spoon of runny honey.
08 - Spoonful olive oil.
09 - 300g plain yogurt, low fat.
10 - 1 organic lemon.

# Instructions:

01 - Leave it in the fridge for at least half an hour. Just before you eat, top with dill and slice up that baguette.
02 - Mix your veggies and that cool yogurt dressing. Toss in chopped dill but keep a sprinkle for decoration.
03 - Cut radishes and cucumber into thin discs. Slice the green onions into little rounds.
04 - Grate and juice your lemon. Stir the juice and zest with yogurt, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper all together.

# Notes:

01 - Plan for about 30 minutes fridge time.
02 - Go for an organic lemon if using the peel.
03 - Serve it nice and cold.
