Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large pan, brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Season with taco seasoning if desired.

Add cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies to the ground beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until bubbly.

Spray a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick spray.

Crumble half the bag of Doritos slightly and add them to the bottom of the baking dish. Scoop half the meat mixture on top of the chips, followed by 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the dish is heated through.
