Dorito Casserole Layers Melted Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Casserole

01 - 14 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos (party size)
02 - 1.5-2 pounds ground beef
03 - 10.75 ounces cheddar cheese soup
04 - 10.75 ounces cream of chicken soup
05 - 12 ounces evaporated milk
06 - 4 ounces diced green chilies
07 - 2-3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
08 - 1 packet taco seasoning (optional)

→ Additional Topping Options

09 - Sour cream
10 - Diced green onion
11 - Sliced cherry tomatoes
12 - Sliced avocado or guacamole
13 - Salsa

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - In a large pan, brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Season with taco seasoning if desired.
03 - Add cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies to the ground beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until bubbly.
04 - Spray a 9x13" baking dish with non-stick spray.
05 - Crumble half the bag of Doritos slightly and add them to the bottom of the baking dish. Scoop half the meat mixture on top of the chips, followed by 1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
06 - Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the dish is heated through.

01 - Leftovers can be stored, though the Doritos may soften slightly.
