02 - ¼ cup brown sugar
03 - 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice

→ Wet Ingredients

06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
08 - 3 large apples
09 - 2 tablespoons butter
10 - ½ regular lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Set the air fryer to 400°F and preheat for 5 minutes.
02 - Peel, clean, and chop the apples. Mix with the juice of ½ lemon and butter. Set aside.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice.
04 - In a separate bowl, gently beat the eggs. Stir in vanilla extract, then fold in the prepared apples. Combine with the dry ingredients and thin with milk if the batter is too thick.
05 - Spoon heaping spoonfuls of batter onto the preheated air fryer basket. Spray tops with coconut oil spray and air fry for 3-4 minutes per side. Allow to cool briefly.
06 - Mix 1 tablespoon almond milk with ½ cup powdered sugar. Drizzle over the cooled fritters.

# Notes:

01 - If the dough seems too dry or is falling apart, add a teaspoon of milk to make it more workable.
02 - Test one fritter before air frying the entire batch to determine ideal time and temperature for your air fryer.
03 - Let fritters cool completely on a wire rack before storing.
04 - Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
