Set the air fryer to 400°F and preheat for 5 minutes.

Peel, clean, and chop the apples. Mix with the juice of ½ lemon and butter. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice.

In a separate bowl, gently beat the eggs. Stir in vanilla extract, then fold in the prepared apples. Combine with the dry ingredients and thin with milk if the batter is too thick.

Spoon heaping spoonfuls of batter onto the preheated air fryer basket. Spray tops with coconut oil spray and air fry for 3-4 minutes per side. Allow to cool briefly.

Mix 1 tablespoon almond milk with ½ cup powdered sugar. Drizzle over the cooled fritters.
