Easy 5 Minute Tortilla Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 (8 inch) tortillas
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
03 - 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
04 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
07 - 6-8 slices pepperoni or toppings of choice

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
02 - Mix the parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
03 - Brush or spray the tortillas with olive oil, then sprinkle with the pizza seasoning, reserving half for topping the pizza.
04 - Spread the pizza sauce on each tortilla in an even layer, then top with pepperoni and cheese. Sprinkle more pizza seasoning on top of each pizza.
05 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Carefully place one tortilla pizza into the air fryer, and cook for 4-5 minutes until the edges are golden and the cheese is melted.
06 - Once the pizza is cooked, remove the air fryer basket and let the pizza sit in the basket for 2-3 minutes to crisp up. Remove the pizza using a spatula, then cook the other pizza. Cut into triangles and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Tortillas: Almond flour or flour tortillas work best, but any tortillas will work.
02 - Sauce: Pizza sauce, pesto, alfredo, or BBQ sauce can be used as alternatives.
03 - Cheese: Any type of cheese will work for this recipe.
04 - Storage: Leftovers can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer until golden and melty.
