Heat up your nonstick pan over medium heat. Pour 1⁄3 cup batter in the middle. When bubbles form and edges look set, flip it. Cook until golden on both sides.

Stack finished pancakes on a plate and cover with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm while cooking the rest.
