Quick Lemon Cream Truffles (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 4 ounces cream cheese or coconut butter
02 - 2 tablespoons butter or additional coconut butter
03 - 3 tablespoons powdered sugar or erythritol
04 - Zest of one lemon

→ Optional

05 - 3 ounces white chocolate chips
06 - Drop of natural food coloring or pinch of turmeric

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Bring cream cheese and butter to room temperature. Blend all ingredients except white chocolate until smooth.
02 - Either spread in container and cut later, or freeze briefly and scoop into balls. Freeze until firm.
03 - If desired, dip in melted white chocolate mixed with ½ teaspoon oil. Cut in half when set.
