Effortless Orzo Meatball Pot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 125 g herby cream cheese.
02 - 1 carrot.
03 - 100 ml cream.
04 - 250 g mixed ground meat.
05 - 1 onion.
06 - 1 egg.
07 - 1 tsp mustard.
08 - 150 g orzo pasta.
09 - 80 g frozen peas.
10 - 300 ml water.

# Instructions:

01 - Pour in the cream and creamy cheese. Let the meatballs finish cooking in this nice sauce.
02 - Toss in peas and sliced carrot. Keep it simmering ’til most of the water’s gone.
03 - Lightly toast the orzo, pour in water, and a pinch of salt.
04 - Shape into little balls and fry hot in the pan. Set them aside when they’re browned.
05 - Chop the onion and let it soften in the pan. Mix in the egg, mustard, and meat, toss in some seasoning.

01 - Orzo looks like rice but is actually small pasta.
02 - You toss everything together in just one pot.
