Effortless garlic bread quick made (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main things

01 - 2 tablespoons good olive oil
02 - 3 fresh garlic cloves, chopped up small
03 - 2 teaspoons sea salt
04 - 1 packet instant dry yeast, just toss it in
05 - 500 g plain wheat flour (405), spelt flour works too
06 - 350 ml warm water (keep it under 40°C)

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the garlic bread out, let it cool for a bit, and dig in while it's still a little warm.
02 - Put the dough in your pan and let it bake around 25 to 30 minutes until it looks golden on top.
03 - Fire up your oven to 220°C for top/bottom heat, grease up your dish or just toss in some baking paper.
04 - Cover up the bowl and let your dough chill somewhere warm for about an hour.
05 - Pour in the warm water and olive oil, mix quick until it turns into a stretchy, sticky blob.
06 - Mix in the fresh garlic evenly with the flour mix.
07 - Grab a big bowl, stir sea salt, yeast, and flour real well.

# Notes:

01 - You can pop the dough into the fridge for a couple of hours, no big deal. Try tossing in herbs or your favorite flavors if you want to change things up.
