Effortless Tuna Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 big spoons balsamic vinegar
02 - 8 tablespoons plain yogurt
03 - 2 big spoons lemon juice
04 - 1 red bell pepper
05 - 200 grams pasta
06 - a pinch of pepper and salt
07 - 125 grams corn
08 - 1 can of tuna
09 - 1 red onion
10 - 50 grams arugula
11 - 1 big spoon olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Pour everything into a bowl and give it all a good toss with the dressing. Taste and add a bit more salt or pepper if it needs it.
02 - Stir together all your dressing things until smooth.
03 - Chop your onion and pepper into little pieces. Wash up your arugula too.
04 - Tip out the water or oil from your tuna can.
05 - Make the pasta like it says on the pack. Drain it and run under cold water to chill.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fine in the fridge for 2 or 3 days.
02 - Really handy if you want to make ahead.
