Pour everything into a bowl and give it all a good toss with the dressing. Taste and add a bit more salt or pepper if it needs it.

Stir together all your dressing things until smooth.

Chop your onion and pepper into little pieces. Wash up your arugula too.

Tip out the water or oil from your tuna can.

Make the pasta like it says on the pack. Drain it and run under cold water to chill.
