Einfache Hackfleisch-Lasagne (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Some salt.
02 - 1 red onion.
03 - 1000 g strained tomatoes.
04 - 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence.
05 - Pepa, just a pinch.
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
07 - 1 garlic clove.
08 - 200 g crème fraîche.
09 - 100 g grated Gouda cheese.
10 - 500 g mixed ground meat.
11 - 240 g lasagna noodles.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle cheese and crème fraîche on top and bake in the oven until the surface turns golden, about half an hour.
02 - Start with sauce, then put a layer of noodles over it, keep repeating, and make sure you finish with sauce on top.
03 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it heat up.
04 - Toss in the tomatoes and herbs, and let all that simmer for around 10 minutes.
05 - Add the chopped onion and garlic into the pan and keep cooking.
06 - Pour oil into your pan and add the ground meat, frying as you break up any big chunks.
07 - Dice up both the onion and garlic after peeling them.

01 - Always keep sauce at the bottom and the very top when building layers.
