Sprinkle cheese and crème fraîche on top and bake in the oven until the surface turns golden, about half an hour.

Start with sauce, then put a layer of noodles over it, keep repeating, and make sure you finish with sauce on top.

Set your oven to 180°C and let it heat up.

Toss in the tomatoes and herbs, and let all that simmer for around 10 minutes.
