01 - 4 endives (about 1 lb/500g)
02 - 4 slices cooked ham
03 - 3/4 cup (200g) cooking cream
04 - 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/3 cup (30g) grated cheese (such as Gouda)

07 - Freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) conventional heat. Remove the core from the endives. Place the endives in a pot of boiling, salted water and pre-cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, then drain well and pat dry.
02 - Wrap each endive in a slice of ham and arrange them in a baking dish.
03 - Mix the cooking cream and Parmesan cheese, then season with salt and pepper.
04 - Pour the sauce over the wrapped endives. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
