Crispy Fish Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Fish Fillets

01 - 4 fish fillets (pollock or cod)
02 - 1 egg
03 - 1/2 cup (50g) all-purpose flour
04 - 3/4 cup (80g) breadcrumbs or panko
05 - Oil for frying

→ For the Remoulade Sauce

06 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
07 - 2 tablespoons yogurt
08 - 2 pickles
09 - 1 small onion
10 - 1 tablespoon pickle juice
11 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
12 - 1 teaspoon chopped dill (optional)
13 - Salt and pepper

→ For Assembly

14 - 4 brioche or hamburger buns
15 - 4 slices cheddar cheese
16 - Several leaves of iceberg lettuce

# Instructions:

01 - Season the fish fillets with salt and dredge them successively in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
02 - Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
03 - Cut the brioche buns in half and briefly toast the cut sides.
04 - Layer cheddar cheese, fish fillet, remoulade sauce, and lettuce on the bottom half of each bun. Cover with the top half of the bun.
