Effortless Lachs Schnecken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200g thinly sliced smoked salmon
02 - 1 pack of chilled puff pastry
03 - Fresh dill, or swap with parsley or chives
04 - 100g soft cream cheese
05 - 1 egg, beaten, for brushing

# Instructions:

01 - Pop your tray lined with baking paper in the oven, brush the rolls with the egg, and cook everything at 220°C. Pull them out once they’re golden, about 25 minutes on the clock.
02 - Start at the short side and roll everything up snug. Gently slice your roll into even swirls.
03 - Sprinkle your fresh herbs on the salmon, spreading out the pieces over the cream cheese.
04 - Gently unroll the pastry and spread on a good layer of cream cheese.
