Effortless Banana Pancakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Maple syrup, honey, or agave for topping.
02 - Toppings: banana or some berries.
03 - Oil for frying.
04 - About 1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
05 - Roughly half a teaspoon baking soda.
06 - A teaspoon of baking powder.
07 - 250 milliliters milk (any kind you like).
08 - A tablespoon of sugar.
09 - One packet vanilla sugar.
10 - 200 grams flour (spelt or wheat—your pick).
11 - One banana (about 170g with skin).

# Instructions:

01 - Spoon around 2 tablespoons of batter for each pancake and fry ’em on both sides over medium heat till golden brown.
02 - Use a bit of oil, spread it thin in the pan, and turn the heat up all the way.
03 - Stir all the dry stuff together first, then add banana and milk—mix until it’s really smooth and velvety.
04 - Smash the banana up with a fork till it’s mushy.

01 - Three or four pancakes fit in a big pan at the same time.
02 - Give the pan a fresh swipe of oil before each batch.
