Effortless Avocadosalat Limetten (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables and Cheese

01 - 100 g feta cheese, crumbled up
02 - 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped up small
03 - 1 small red onion, finely minced
04 - 200 g cherry tomatoes, quartered
05 - 2 ripe avocados, diced

→ Herbs

06 - A bunch of fresh cilantro or parsley, just roughly chopped

→ Dressing

07 - Juice from 2 limes, plus the zest grated nice and fine
08 - 3 tbsp olive oil
09 - 2 tbsp honey
10 - Salt and black pepper, as much as you like

# Instructions:

01 - Toss on some fresh cilantro or parsley, and dive in while it's still fresh.
02 - Pour that dressing all over the veggies. Mix it up gently so you don't smash the avocado bits. Sprinkle the crumbled feta right on top.
03 - Squeeze and grate your limes into a small bowl, add honey and olive oil, and stir it up well. Dash in salt and grind in some pepper so it's just the way you like it.
04 - Mash the avocado, chop the red onion, peel and dice the cucumber, and quarter those tomatoes. Dump everything, including the avocado chunks, into a big bowl.
05 - Slice the avocados in half, take out the pits, and scoop the insides with a spoon. Cut into even cubes and drop them into a roomy bowl.

# Notes:

01 - Add some roasted nuts or seeds like pumpkin seeds for a bit of crunch.
