Frozen Yogurt Bark with Toppings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mixture

01 - 32 oz. 5% plain Greek yogurt (~4 cups)
02 - ½ cup maple syrup
03 - ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

→ Toppings

04 - 1.25 cups chocolate granola (separated)
05 - 6-7 medium strawberries, sliced
06 - ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Stir until the cocoa powder is fully incorporated. Add 1 cup of chocolate granola and mix again.
03 - Pour the Greek yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread evenly across the baking sheet to about ¼-inch thickness. Distribute sliced strawberries and the remaining ¼ cup granola over the yogurt, gently pressing them into the surface.
04 - Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high in 20-second increments for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds, until melted and glossy.
05 - Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely solid.
06 - Remove the sheet from the freezer and break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces. Store in a freezer-safe container or bag until ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - If your freezer space is limited, use two large plates lined with parchment paper instead of a baking sheet.
02 - 5% Greek yogurt is recommended for creaminess, though other plain yogurts can be used.
03 - Feel free to substitute other berries for strawberries.
04 - If cocoa powder is not mixing well, add a bit more yogurt to adjust the consistency.
