In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Stir until the cocoa powder is fully incorporated. Add 1 cup of chocolate granola and mix again.

Pour the Greek yogurt mixture onto the parchment paper and spread evenly across the baking sheet to about ¼-inch thickness. Distribute sliced strawberries and the remaining ¼ cup granola over the yogurt, gently pressing them into the surface.

Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high in 20-second increments for 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds, until melted and glossy.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely solid.

Remove the sheet from the freezer and break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces. Store in a freezer-safe container or bag until ready to serve.
