Frozen Yogurt with Toppings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
02 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Toppings

04 - 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
05 - 1/2 cup blueberries
06 - 1/4 cup granola
07 - 2-3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
08 - 1/4 cup chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 9x13-inch baking dish or rimmed sheet tray with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, blend the Greek yogurt with the maple syrup and vanilla extract until well combined.
03 - Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly to about 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle the sliced strawberries, blueberries, granola, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips evenly over the top. Press very gently so it all sticks.
04 - Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or until the yogurt is firm. For best results, freeze overnight.
05 - Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer. Break the yogurt bark into pieces using your hands or cut it with a sharp knife. Enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Full-fat yogurt provides a creamier texture and prevents the bark from becoming too icy.
02 - Ensure that fruits and other toppings are chopped into small pieces to make the bark easier to break and eat.
03 - Store leftover pieces in an airtight container or freezer bag. Keep the bark in the freezer and enjoy within 2-3 months.
