Garlic Bread Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic butter spread

01 - 1/2 cup soft butter
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - A generous pinch of salt

→ Sandwich assembly

06 - 16 to 18 slices of French bread
07 - Cheddar cheese, sliced (or preferred cheese)

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, stir together the butter, garlic powder, parsley flakes, Parmesan cheese, and salt until evenly combined.
02 - Using a butter knife, spread the garlic butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
03 - Place half of the bread slices, buttered side down, into a preheated nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add slices of cheese on top, then cover with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
04 - Cook the sandwiches, flipping halfway through, until the bread is golden brown, the Parmesan cheese is crisp, and the cheese inside is melted.
05 - Cover the skillet with a lid during cooking to help melt the inside cheese more quickly.

# Notes:

01 - For faster cheese melting, use a skillet lid during cooking.
