                Cut steak to fit into your skillet. Pat dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

                Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until very hot. Add the steak and brown both sides for about 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or cook until desired doneness. Place the steaks on a plate and let rest.

                In another skillet melt the butter over low heat and add the minced garlic. Stir with a spatula until the garlic starts to brown. Remove from heat and immediately transfer to a bowl to prevent burning.

                Slice the steak against the grain and pour the garlic butter over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
