Garlic Butter Cod Sweet Chili (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound cod fillets
02 - 4 tablespoons butter
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
07 - Salt to taste
08 - Black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
03 - Add the cod fillets to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the cod is golden on one side.
04 - Flip the cod fillets and add sweet chili sauce and lime juice to the skillet.
05 - Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
06 - Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
