In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the cod fillets to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the cod is golden on one side.

Flip the cod fillets and add sweet chili sauce and lime juice to the skillet.
