02 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Pepper, to taste
07 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

→ Creamy Parmesan Pasta

08 - 8 oz rotini pasta
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 - 1 cup heavy cream
11 - 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 teaspoon salt
13 - 1/8 teaspoon pepper
14 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
15 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
16 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage pieces and cook for approximately 10 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
02 - Add minced garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove sausage bites from the skillet and set aside.
03 - Boil the rotini pasta in a separate pot according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and reserve some cooking water.
04 - In the same skillet used for the sausage, melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add heavy cream, garlic powder, and onion powder, stirring constantly until heated through. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, continuing to stir until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss in the creamy sauce. Use reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed. Optionally, stir the sausage bites into the pasta or place them on top.
06 - Garnish the dish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Reserve pasta cooking water to adjust the sauce consistency if necessary.
02 - Grate Parmesan cheese fresh for a better creamy texture.
