Garlic Butter Steak Alfredo Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Garlic Butter Steak Bites

01 - 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 4 tbsp butter, divided
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
05 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
07 - 1 tsp salt
08 - 2 tbsp olive oil

→ Creamy Alfredo

09 - 1 lb pasta twists (rotini or fusilli)
10 - 6 tbsp butter
11 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 3 cups heavy cream
13 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
14 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
15 - 1 tsp salt
16 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
17 - 1/4 cup milk, if needed to thin

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the steak cubes in a bowl with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes in a single layer and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked to the desired doneness. Cook in batches if necessary. Remove steak and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Return steak to the skillet and toss with the garlic butter. Remove from heat and set aside.
04 - Boil pasta twists according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
05 - Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and black pepper. Add milk if needed to adjust consistency.
06 - Add cooked pasta twists to the Alfredo sauce and toss to coat evenly.
07 - Divide the creamy Alfredo pasta onto plates and top with garlic butter steak bites.
