Garlic Butter Steak Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 2 tbsp (28g) butter
04 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1/2 cup (120ml) beef broth
06 - 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
07 - 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
08 - Fresh parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
02 - Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
03 - Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
04 - Deglaze the skillet with beef broth, scraping up the browned bits.
05 - Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens, 3-5 minutes.
06 - Return steak bites to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
07 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Choose the Right Cut: Sirloin works well for tenderness and flavor, but ribeye or tenderloin can be used for a more indulgent option.
02 - Don’t Overcrowd the Pan: Sear the steak in batches if necessary to allow for proper browning.
03 - Control the Heat: Ensure the skillet is hot when searing the steak, but reduce the heat when making the sauce to prevent curdling.
04 - Experiment with Add-Ins: Consider adding mushrooms, caramelized onions, or spinach to the sauce for extra texture and flavor.
