07 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
08 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
09 - 1 cup heavy cream
10 - ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
11 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
12 - Salt and pepper to taste
13 - Fresh parsley for garnish

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Cut sirloin into bite-sized pieces and season well with salt and pepper.
