Garlic Dill Cucumbers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cucumbers, cut into spears
02 - Salt
03 - Pepper
04 - Garlic, crushed
05 - Dill, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the cucumbers into spears and prepare the garlic and dill.
02 - Mix cucumbers, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, and minced dill in a large mixing bowl or a ziplock bag.
03 - Cover and refrigerate the cucumbers for 15-30 minutes or up to a few hours. The cucumbers will soften the longer they are in the refrigerator.
04 - Serve the cucumbers cold as a side dish.
