Effortless Veggie Pasta Dream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 400 g rigatoni.
02 - Fresh basil.
03 - 1 ball mozzarella.
04 - Pepper.
05 - Salt.
06 - 1 tbsp marjoram.
07 - 2 tbsp oregano.
08 - 1 tsp thyme.
09 - 1 tsp rosemary.
10 - Corn.
11 - 2 bell peppers.
12 - 1/2 head broccoli.
13 - 1-2 sticks celery.
14 - 2-3 carrots.
15 - A handful cherry tomatoes.
16 - 50 g parmesan.
17 - 250 g cream.
18 - 400 g puréed tomatoes.
19 - 400 g chopped tomatoes.
20 - 2 cloves garlic.
21 - 1 red onion.

# Instructions:

01 - Place basil and mozzarella on top. Pop it in the oven for 20 minutes.
02 - Mix the pasta and sauce in a baking dish.
03 - Let onion and garlic soften in a pan, then add veggies. Pour in tomatoes and cream, season everything.
04 - Boil noodles until just right, drain, cover. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
05 - Cut up the veggies, dice mozzarella, and get the basil set.

# Notes:

01 - You can toss cherry tomatoes into the sauce or put them on top.
02 - Extra herbs make the flavors even bolder.
