# Ingredients:

01 - 3.5 oz (100g) fresh ginger
02 - 5 fresh oranges or 1 1/4 cups (300ml) pure orange juice
03 - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
04 - 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Peel the ginger and cut into rough slices.
02 - Squeeze the oranges or have your store-bought juice ready.
03 - Puree all ingredients until smooth and strain through a sieve. Pour into a bottle and store in the refrigerator.
