Creamy gnocchi with spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.3 lbs (600g) refrigerated gnocchi
02 - 1.1 lbs (500g) leaf spinach
03 - 2 shallots
04 - 3.5 oz (100g) cherry tomatoes

→ Sauce

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
06 - 2/3 cup (150ml) vegetable broth
07 - 3.5 oz (100g) cream cheese

→ Seasonings and Topping

08 - 3 tablespoons pine nuts
09 - Salt
10 - Pepper
11 - 2 pinches of nutmeg

# Instructions:

01 - Dice the shallots, wash the spinach, halve the tomatoes. Toast the pine nuts. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
02 - Sauté the shallots in oil, then deglaze with broth. Add the spinach and let it wilt.
03 - Stir in the cream cheese and tomatoes, let it reduce and season. Add the gnocchi and heat through.
04 - Distribute onto plates and garnish with pine nuts.
