Gochujang Brussels Sprouts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon rice syrup
02 - 2.5 tablespoons soy sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
04 - 1.5 tablespoons gochujang
05 - 2.5 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
06 - 2 tablespoons canola oil
07 - 20 grams ginger
08 - 0.5 tablespoon sesame oil
09 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - 750 grams brussels sprouts

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the veggies with your sauce, roast it all at 180°C for about 5 more minutes. Sprinkle with sesame after baking.
02 - Stir together gochujang, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, rice syrup, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
03 - Cover the brussels sprouts and julienned ginger with oil, spread them on a baking tray, and roast for 20 minutes.
04 - Turn your oven up to 225°C,halve the brussels sprouts, and slice your ginger into thin matchsticks.
