→ For Cooking

10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 mL)

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium-sized bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, red onion, garlic, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, and feta cheese.
02 - Divide the turkey mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into small patties.
03 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
04 - Serve 2 patties per person with tzatziki sauce, a green salad, or roasted vegetables.

# Notes:

01 - You can make 4 larger patties instead and serve them as burgers.
02 - Skipping the feta makes this dish dairy-free, reducing protein by 3 grams and fat by 3 grams.
03 - Using a nonstick pan and skipping the oil reduces fat, but the patties won't brown as well.
04 - Tzatziki sauce is excluded from the macros but can be made lean using fat-free Greek yogurt.
