# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - ½ cup plain yogurt
02 - ¼ cup olive oil
03 - ½ avocado

→ Fresh Herbs

04 - 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach
05 - ¼ cup each: fresh chives, fresh parsley
06 - ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
07 - 3 green onions, trimmed

→ Seasonings

08 - 1 tablespoon each: red wine vinegar, lime juice
09 - 2 cloves garlic
10 - 1 teaspoon salt
11 - Black pepper to taste

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Combine all ingredients except pepper in food processor or blender. Pulse 3-4 times until well chopped.
02 - Add water if needed to thin. Season with pepper to taste.
03 - Transfer to airtight container.
