Green Goddess Dressing Magic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
02 - 1 cup fresh parsley
03 - 1 cup basil
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped chives
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
06 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
07 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
08 - 1 clove garlic, minced
09 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
10 - Freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a food processor, combine the yogurt, parsley, basil, chives, lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth. Season to taste.
02 - Drizzle over salad greens or use as a veggie dip. You can also drizzle over grilled meats or roasted vegetables.
03 - Store in a jar or airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Stir well before using.

# Notes:

01 - Plain Greek yogurt is preferred for extra protein, but sour cream or mayo can also be used.
02 - You can use a mix of herbs like cilantro, dill, tarragon, or mint for variety.
03 - Add anchovies, anchovy paste, or capers for an umami flavor boost.
04 - Using a food processor is recommended for smoother blending; a blender can work but may require scraping the sides during preparation.
