Erdbeer Hähnchen Salat Burrata (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Ingredients

01 - 1 ripe avocado
02 - 300g chicken breast
03 - 500g fresh strawberries
04 - 1 ball of burrata
05 - 2 tsp black sesame seeds
06 - 1 package of fresh arugula

→ Marinade Mix

07 - 1 tsp curry powder
08 - 3 tbsp olive oil
09 - 2 tsp paprika spice
10 - 2 tsp dried herbs (parsley, rosemary, thyme)

→ Dressing Combo

11 - 1 tsp honey
12 - 2 tbsp light balsamic vinegar
13 - 6 tbsp olive oil
14 - 1 tbsp mustard
15 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Combine the marinade ingredients and let the chicken soak up the flavors.
02 - Wash the arugula and pat it dry. Cut the strawberries into quarters, and dice or slice the avocado.
03 - Pop all your dressing ingredients into a mason jar and give it a few good shakes.
04 - Cook the marinated chicken in the Airfryer at 180°C for 10-12 minutes. It should be crispy on the outside and tender inside.
05 - Divide the salad between two bowls, add dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and place the burrata on top before digging in.

# Notes:

01 - You can split the burrata into portions if preferred.
02 - The dressing can be stored in the jar for later use.
