Energiebäellchen Haferflocken Erdnussbutter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Optional: 30g vegan chocolate chips.
02 - 120g old-fashioned oats.
03 - 80g creamy peanut butter.
04 - 80g dark maple syrup.
05 - 20g whole chia seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Cool the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes. Use wet hands to roll out 11 round balls.
02 - Pour the cooled peanut butter and syrup into the oat mix. Toss in chocolate chips if you want. Stir it all up until it sticks together.
03 - Dump your oats and chia seeds into a big mixing bowl and give them a good stir.
04 - Gently warm the peanut butter in a double boiler. Set aside and let it cool down.

# Notes:

01 - Keep your bites in the fridge so they stay fresh.
02 - If your dough is too wet or dry, go ahead and add some more oats or peanut butter to fix it.
03 - Shape these into bars if you want a switch from bite-sized.
