Cool the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes. Use wet hands to roll out 11 round balls.

Pour the cooled peanut butter and syrup into the oat mix. Toss in chocolate chips if you want. Stir it all up until it sticks together.

Dump your oats and chia seeds into a big mixing bowl and give them a good stir.

Gently warm the peanut butter in a double boiler. Set aside and let it cool down.
