Ham and Cheese Pinwheels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry dough, thawed
02 - 6 slices deli ham
03 - 1 cup gruyere cheese, shredded

→ Honey Mustard

04 - 2 tbsp honey
05 - 2 tbsp dijon mustard
06 - 1/4 tsp granulated garlic
07 - Pinch of salt and pepper

→ Egg Wash

08 - 1 egg
09 - 1 tbsp whole milk

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.
02 - Mix together honey, dijon mustard, granulated garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk 1 egg with 1 tablespoon of whole milk. Set aside.
04 - Place a piece of parchment paper on a cutting board. Unroll the puff pastry dough. Spread the honey mustard mixture evenly, followed by gruyere cheese, and then lay ham slices on top.
05 - Tightly roll the puff pastry dough, using the parchment paper to help hold it tightly. Pinch the seams to seal. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll into 3/4-inch slices.
06 - Place each pinwheel slice on the parchment-lined sheet pan and brush with the egg wash. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - Serve warm and enjoy!
