Toss in beans and sausages, warm everything up, then taste and adjust with spices.

Pour in broth, boil, turn the heat lower, and let it bubble gently for about 25 minutes.

Soften the onions in butter first. Toss in the soup veggies and potatoes. Let them cook together for a bit.

Dice up onions, carrots, and celery. Cut leeks into rings. Chop potatoes into little cubes.

If using fresh beans, boil ‘em with salty water for 10 minutes then drain. If frozen, skip boiling and just add them in.
