Homemade Frozen Yogurt Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (240 grams) Greek yogurt, full-fat or 5% fat
02 - 2 bananas, frozen and sliced
03 - 1 cup (160 grams) frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or mango)

→ Optional Ingredients

04 - 1 to 3 tbsp maple syrup or honey, to taste
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Place Greek yogurt, frozen bananas, and frozen fruit into a high-speed blender or food processor. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract, if desired.
02 - Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed. This should take about 3 to 5 minutes until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency.
03 - Scoop the yogurt mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Cover with parchment paper or plastic wrap to prevent freezer burns.
04 - Freeze for at least 4 hours. Remove from the freezer about 5 minutes before eating. Scoop into bowls and serve with your favorite toppings.

01 - For best results, use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
