Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until crumbled. Ensure crumbs are not too fine and vary slightly in size. Alternatively, place cookies in a zip lock bag, seal, and crush with a rolling pin.

In a medium bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and strawberry Jell-O powder. Mix thoroughly.

Pour melted butter into the crumb mixture and mix until evenly coated.

Spread the crumb mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 8 minutes.
