In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes until evenly mixed.

Place peeled and deveined shrimp into a bowl and coat with one-third of the prepared sauce. Reserve the remaining sauce for later use.

Whisk cornstarch into the reserved marinade and set aside.

Heat a skillet or wok over high heat. Add olive oil, broccoli, salt, and pepper, cooking for 5-6 minutes until softened. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Melt butter in the skillet and add shrimp, discarding any leftover marinade. Cook on each side for approximately 2 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink.

Add reserved sauce to the skillet and bring to a low-medium simmer. Cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

Add broccoli back to the skillet and toss until heated through. Serve over rice or pasta as desired.
