# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
02 - 1 pound baby carrots
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
05 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
06 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
02 - Add carrots, honey, brown sugar, dill, and thyme. Gently toss to combine.
03 - Cook, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender, about 15 minutes.
