Hot Girl Summer Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 medium cucumbers, sliced, quartered (about 4 cups)
02 - 1 small green bell pepper, seeded, diced (about 1 cup)
03 - 1 small red onion, quartered, sliced (about 1½ cups)
04 - 3 large eggs, hard-boiled, peeled, sliced into rounds
05 - ½ cup (6-8) pepperoncini
06 - ¼ cup (16 g) sunflower seeds
07 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
09 - ¼ teaspoon paprika
10 - ¼ cup (56 g) Italian dressing, more or less to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, add cucumbers, peppers, onions, eggs, pepperoncini, sunflower seeds, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and Italian dressing. Toss to combine.
02 - Store the salad in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
