Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small bowl, stir together the honey, hot sauce, and lime juice. Set aside.

In a small bowl, stir together the kosher salt, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper.

Place the chicken drumsticks in a large mixing bowl and sprinkle the dry rub evenly over the chicken. Toss the chicken to coat all sides.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the chicken drumsticks on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the oven and use a silicone brush to coat it with the hot honey sauce. Bake the chicken for an additional 10 minutes. Repeat the glazing process and bake for another 10 minutes. For a final glaze, brush with any remaining sauce and cook for 3 to 5 more minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer reaches 175°F (80°C).

For crispy skin, broil the chicken for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving with fresh lime slices.
