Italian Pasta Salad Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta and Meat

01 - 8 oz rotini pasta
02 - 6 oz salami, sliced into strips

→ Vegetables

03 - 10 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
04 - 1/2 English cucumber, diced
05 - 1/2 medium red onion, finely diced
06 - 1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
07 - 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
08 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, drained and coarsely chopped

→ Cheese and Herbs

09 - 8 oz fresh mozzarella, pearls or halved mozzarella balls
10 - 1/3 cup parsley, finely chopped

→ Condiments

11 - 1 cup Italian dressing, or added to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions in salted water just until pasta is al dente (firm to the bite).
02 - While the pasta cooks, prep the remaining ingredients and make the Italian dressing.
03 - Add dressing to the portion of the salad you plan to eat. Serve immediately or cover and let the salad marinate for 1-3 hours before serving.

01 - You can make your own roasted peppers for a fresher taste.
