Italian Pasta Salad Flavors (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta and Vegetables

01 - 1 lb bowtie pasta, cooked and cooled
02 - 1 - 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
03 - 1 medium cucumber, sliced into coins, then quartered (about 2 cups)
04 - 1 2.25 oz can sliced black olives
05 - 1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini or banana peppers, diced

→ Deli Meats and Cheese

06 - 6 oz genoa salami, diced
07 - 6 oz pepperoni, diced
08 - 6 oz diced ham
09 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella/provolone blend
10 - Optional shredded Parmesan cheese for garnish

→ Dressing and Seasonings

11 - 1 1/2 cups Italian dressing
12 - 2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
13 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
14 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
15 - 1/2 tsp dried oregano
16 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Add cooked and cooled pasta, diced meats, shredded cheese, and prepared vegetables to a large mixing bowl. Gently toss to evenly combine.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta and other ingredients. Gently toss until everything is coated and evenly combined.
04 - Cover the bowl and chill the salad for 1-2 hours. Before serving, stir well and optionally sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top as a garnish.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator before serving to enhance flavors.
