Italian Pasta with Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz rotini pasta
02 - 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
03 - 1 English cucumber, chopped
04 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
05 - 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (mozzarella pearls or Bocconcini)
06 - 4 oz salami, sliced
07 - 3/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
08 - 3/4 cup pepperoncini
09 - 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
10 - 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
11 - Italian salad dressing, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil, sprinkle in some salt, and cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente.
02 - Mix together the cooked pasta, chopped vegetables, mozzarella, salami, pepperoncini, olives, and fresh herbs in a large bowl. Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to combine. Season with additional salt and pepper as needed.
03 - Serve immediately, or marinate by covering the pasta salad and refrigerating for a few hours or overnight. Optionally, reserve a little extra dressing to toss before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Reserve some extra dressing for tossing before serving, as the pasta may absorb much of it.
