# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 (17.5-ounce) bag snickerdoodle cookie mix (cinnamon-sugar package not used)
02 - ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, melted
03 - 1 large egg

→ Flavor Enhancers

04 - 3 tbsp red flavored gelatin powder (½ of a 3-ounce package)
05 - 3 tbsp blue flavored gelatin powder (½ of a 3-ounce package)
06 - 3 tbsp green flavored gelatin powder (½ of a 3-ounce package)
07 - 3 tbsp yellow flavored gelatin powder (½ of a 3-ounce package)

→ Finishing Touch

08 - 1 cup granulated white sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the snickerdoodle cookie mix, melted butter, and egg. Stir until fully incorporated.
03 - Divide the cookie dough evenly into four small bowls. Knead 3 tablespoons of each flavored gelatin (red, blue, green, yellow) into separate bowls to create four different colored doughs. Use hands for best results.
04 - Place the granulated sugar in a shallow bowl to roll the cookie dough balls.
05 - Scoop out 2-tablespoon portions of dough, roll into balls, and coat evenly in sugar.
06 - Place coated cookie balls on the prepared sheet pan, leaving 2 inches between them. Bake for 10-13 minutes, or until cookie tops are firm and slightly golden. Remove immediately to avoid overcooking.
07 - Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - For more vivid colors, use concentrated gelatin powder and ensure even kneading.
02 - Cookies are best enjoyed on the day of baking but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
