02 - Pinch of sea salt
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Remove the kale leaves from the stems.
02 - Season the kale with sea salt and drizzle with olive oil, then massage until it becomes soft.
03 - Spread the kale on two baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake at 320°F (160°C) fan/convection for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
