Gemuese Pakora Kichererbsenmehl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Chickpea flour, 100g.
02 - Rice flour, 30g.
03 - Fine sea salt, about 3/4 to 1 teaspoon.
04 - Cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon.
05 - Ground turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon.
06 - Mild chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon.
07 - Cold water, 120ml.
08 - Cooking oil for frying.
09 - Fresh coriander, chopped.
10 - Yellow onion, diced fine, 130g.
11 - Red bell pepper, diced, 80g.
12 - Carrot, grated, 80g.
13 - Cabbage, shredded, 60g.
14 - Fresh ginger, minced, 1/2 tablespoon.
15 - Fresh chili, chopped tiny, 1 piece.

# Instructions:

01 - Drop little scoops of the mix into the hot pan. Press them a bit flat. Let them fry for 2-4 minutes on each side until golden.
02 - Pour around 1.5 tablespoons oil in a big pan. Get it hot on medium heat.
03 - Toss flour, all the spices, and water into your bowl of veggies. Stir it really well, then just let it chill for a few minutes.
04 - Dice onion, shred your cabbage and carrots, cube up the pepper, mince the ginger. Dump all that into one big bowl.

# Notes:

01 - Serve up while they're fresh and hot.
02 - Try them with chutney for extra flavor.
03 - Switch up the veggies if you want.
